  • The Scottish Outdoor Access Code
  • The Green Machine travelling exhibition
  • The Riverbank Resource Boxes

The Educational Resource Partnership has experience in event management, leading training workshops and producing fliers, packs and promotional material.

The Scottish Outdoor Access Code
ERP has participated in a number of Sharing Good Practice Events held by Scottish Natural Heritage. We took a leading role in the Event: Know the Code! Access Rights and Responsibilities for young people (17th March 2007). Here, the Scottish Outdoor Access Code resource packs for 8-12 year olds (Written by ERP) were launched. The evaluation and feedback from participants at this event was extremely favourable.

The Green Machine – Travelling Exhibition

ERP has manned the Green Machine for Scottish Natural Heritage at a number of promotional and educational events. We also provided publicity and fliers at these events.

The training events provided:
step by step guidance through the boxes, handouts and contact details for booking out the resources, time to try out the field equipment with experts, and the opportunity for teachers to establish contacts with local rangers and fishing ghillies who were keen to take their work into classrooms.

The training events included:
power point presentation, hand outs, informal question time, river dipping using the Riverbank equipment and keys, refreshments and evaluation.

The Educational Resource Partnership:
assisted with the publicity and organisation prior to the events, presented the training and evaluated the events.
