Commissioned by Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) the toolkit contains a wide range of teaching aids, innovative activities, games and science equipment to engage P6-7 pupils with the subject of Renewable Energy. The kits are now being used in 400 primary schools across the Highlands & Islands, Moray and Argyl & Bute, and a further 80 were commissioned in Gaelic by Storlann, for all Gaelic speaking primaries in Scotland. Teachers participating in the renewable energy CPD workshops receive a toolkit for their school.
