Interpretation panels

Three interpretation panels to inform and guide members of the public on the points of interest and paths to walk on this 90 acres Community Woodland site.
Commissioned by The Dunain Community Woodland Committee, with sponsorship from Scottish Natural Heritage; National Lottery awards for all;
BBC Breathing Space, Highland Council; Forestry Commission and Highlands and Islands Enterprise.
The Dunain Woodland interpretation panels provide information showing:
- Large map with paths, points of interest and photographs and illustrations
- Historical information about the site
- Local Community projects within the site
- Biodiversity information
The Educational Resource Partnership:
- liaised with the Dunain Community Woodland Committee to assess their needs
- researched and wrote the text and provided ideas for the interpretation panels
- took photographs for use on the signs
- project managed the designer and map maker
- project managed the sign makers
- project managed the installation
Timescale:
